   • Recent school reports (current year and previous two years)
   • Copy of birth certificate and/or passport
   • Completed Admissions Recommendation Form

   • Complete the Self-Introduction Form
2. Provide admission documents to an Enrollment Specialist at enroll@niagaracc.com:
   • Recent school reports (current year and previous two years)
   • Copy of current passport

Additional information may be requested (ie. English Placement Test; Results of external examinations eg. TOEFL, SSAT, IELTS).
