Job Description: Teachers for English and Mathematics

Niagara Christian Collegiate (NCC) is located in Fort Erie along the Niagara Parkway overlooking the Niagara River. We are an expanding school offering grades 6 - 12 in an international community educating students from approximately 18 countries. 

We are looking to add two new teachers to our current roster of 27 faculty for the coming school year. NCC is looking for educators possessing full OCT qualifications who desire to engage and inspire 21st century learners in innovative ways. Successful candidates will demonstrate a high level of content knowledge and enthusiasm for the subject area, strengths in integrating classroom technology, and a commitment to educating the whole child through the lens of the Christian worldview.

Tutors

RESIDENCE POSITIONS at NCC 

NCC is a Christian, residential boarding school located on the Niagara Parkway in Fort Erie, Ontario. We house and educate students from all over the world, and, while the students are here on campus, our Residence Team acts in the place of parents: supporting the academic program, ensuring the safety of our campus, creating and facilitating residential programming, discipling students, and supporting them in their growth.

Boys' Residence Assistant Director

We are seeking a Boys' Residence Assistant Director to join our residence team at NCC! You will assist in the mentoring and supervision of the young men and women attending our high school, working closely with the Boys' Residence Director to build a culture of safety, discipline, and fun on dorm. This full-time role is a live-in position which includes room and board, and involves evening and weekend hours.


Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Boys' Residence Director
Supervise and interact with youth in a safe and compassionate manner.
Run creative activities to build relationship and culture on dorm.
Engage in a positive and nurturing environment for youth, including mentorship, discipline, and discipleship for the students in your care.
Help foster a culture of care for the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of the students.

Qualifications:

Ideally, previous experience working in a student residence, youth work, youth ministry, or other related fields
Passionate about working with youth in a Christian environment
Ability to build rapport with students and their parents
Full G Driver's License
Canadian citizenship

Boys' Residence Assistant & Girls' Residence Assistant
