Marketing & Enrollment Coordinator

Job Summary

The Marketing & Enrollment Coordinator supports the Director of Enrollment in advancing the school’s recruitment and retention goals through strategic communication, marketing support, administrative excellence and engagement with prospective students, families and international agents. This role i) supports admissions and enrollment activities, workflows and events, ii) manages student, parent, and alumni marketing efforts, and iii) assists with NCC website and campus communications.
The ideal candidate will have a relevant diploma or degree, 3–5 years of experience in marketing and communications, and a passion for taking on a diverse range of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. This role is well suited to a motivated self-starter who enjoys wearing many hats, adapting to evolving priorities, and contributing across multiple areas of the organization. The successful candidate will be eager to grow professionally while helping foster a culture of innovation and organizational growth. A can-do attitude is essential.

Essential Job Functions

Marketing & Communications
● Create and manage a toolkit of marketing materials for in-person events, online campaigns, presentations and print/poster executions.
● Manage and execute the school’s social media presence, ensuring consistent messaging, timely content, and alignment with enrollment and marketing goals.
● Optimize the school’s website presence by doing regular content audits and creating updates in collaboration with the Director of Enrollment and President.
● Assist with school-wide communications, including newsletters.
● Help implement marketing initiatives that support student recruitment, retention, and brand visibility.
● Ensure consistency in branding across all touchpoints.
● Strengthen the school’s reputation by developing and executing strategies to improve ratings and visibility on school external review platforms.

Admissions and Enrollment
● Serve as a welcoming first point of contact for prospective student families and international agents by responding to inquiries as needed, and supporting the admissions portal experience.
● Engage professionally with all external contacts with a basis of knowledge of the enrollment process.
● Manage the on-going enrollment workflows and enrollment data seamlessly to ensure up-to-date reporting is available for the Enrollment and Administration Teams.
● Support NCC with events such as open houses, tours, shadow days, and recruitment activities.
● Maintain contact databases for ongoing communications with candidates, students, families, alumni, community, agents, donors.
● If needed, assist with immigration renewals and other administrative support for international students.
● Provide ongoing support to the Enrollment Director and President in executing enrollment and retention strategies.

Qualifications, Experience, Education
Degree or diploma in communications, marketing or a related field preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
● Demonstrate a growing, authentic relationship with Jesus Christ. Model Christ-like character in speech, attitude, and actions in interactions with students, families, and colleagues.
● Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, G-suite including Forms, Canva, Adobe, Mailchimp and Meta. Comfort learning school learning management systems and platforms (LMS).
● Excellent written and verbal communication.
● Excellent data management and numerical accuracy.
● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
● Experience with social media management and basic marketing or communications support.
● Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
● Ability to build positive relationships with local and international families and communicate with warmth and professionalism.
