Maryam will study Integrated Biomedical Engineering and Health Sciences (iBioMed Co-op) at McMaster University this fall. The Class of 2026 Valedictorian and recipient of this year’s Grade 12 Proficiency Medal and Christian Leadership Award also received offers of admission to several of Canada’s leading engineering programs, including McMaster University, the University of Toronto, and the University of Waterloo in biomedical and engineering-related fields.
