Intensive Soccer Training at NCC

For two weeks in April 2026, the NCC soccer team is stepping into an intensive soccer training experience with guest-coach Lucas Lee joining NCC Coach Schmidt.

As a Football Development Coach at Arsenal Football Club in the UK, Lucas brings an energetic, thoughtful, and player-centered approach, shaped by his multicultural background and early experiences in Hong Kong. He is deeply committed to nurturing both the technical ability and personal growth of young players, fostering confidence, creativity, and resilience within a high-performance environment.

Lucas has a Bachelor's degree in International Business, and a Master's degree in Sports Marketing from the University of Manchester. Prior to joining Arsenal, Lucas developed a broad foundation in coaching through his work with grassroots clubs and a specialist goalkeeping academy, where he honed his attention to detail and individualized player development. His coaching journey has also taken him internationally, delivering sessions at summer camps across the United States, where he worked with players from diverse cultural and sporting backgrounds, further enriching his adaptability and communication skills.

Holding a UEFA C License, Lucas embraces a mindset of continuous learning and self-improvement. He approaches his role with humility, curiosity, and professionalism, consistently striving to create meaningful, positive experiences for every player he works with, both on and off the pitch.
