Navs Prep Hockey is proud to welcome Andrew Ferlatte as Head of Elite Sports at Niagara Christian Collegiate.
Andrew Ferlatte brings a modern, high-performance approach to athlete development, combining elite hockey operations experience with structured program leadership and long-term pathway design. As Head of Elite Sports at NCC, he is responsible for establishing a true elite sports identity, building structured daily programming, and creating clear advancement pathways for athletes.
With nine years of experience in hockey operations, Andrew has worked within the OJHL, served as a skills development coach, and currently operates in the OHL development league system as a General Manager. His programs have consistently prepared athletes for progression to the OHL, NCAA, and U SPORTS levels. He has helped advance hundreds of players to Junior A hockey and supported more than 30 athletes in earning post-secondary scholarships through sport.
Andrew is recognized for his recruiting network, league relationships, and ability to build sustainable programs from the ground up, including budgeting and tuition-based academy models. His leadership style is direct and systematic, emphasizing accountability, character, and a strong focus on athlete pathways.
Niagara Christian Collegiate (NCC) is an independent, non-denominational Christian day and boarding school for Grades 6–12, situated on the beautiful Niagara River near Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada.
